About Me

My name is Susana Loewe

I am a passionate advocate for corporate culture, leadership, strategy and empowering others.

My expertise extends to finance, human resources, people, and culture. This has been shaped by ten years of running a startup in Spain and eight years of working for different employers in the United States.

​

I understand the importance of aligning financial and business goals with effective leadership styles, people growth and development, and organizational culture.

​

Developing a strong people strategy and fostering the right culture and leadership tailored to the organization are crucial for achieving overall goals. This belief has only intensified in the aftermath of COVID-19, given the rapid global changes, unexpected challenges, and difficulties families now face in maintaining stable, secure professional careers and financial wellness.

Business success to me means achieving a healthy financial position while creating a positive and satisfying work environment for all team members. Helping to achieve these outcomes motivates me and drives me to be my best self.

During the discovery and assessment phase, we conduct analysis to understand the current state of the organization’s people and culture and to gain a clear picture of strengths, gaps, and cultural misalignments, mapped against business goals.
