MY STORY
My journey has not been linear — nor easy. Personally and professionally, I believe both are deeply interconnected, constantly shaping one another and ultimately shaping who we become.
In my case, these experiences clarified my purpose: helping others navigate transformation, growth, and reinvention.

Throughout my life, I have reinvented myself multiple times — through career changes, relocations, motherhood, divorce, and rebuilding from the ground up.
I was born and raised in Spain, where I experienced my first major transformation. I transitioned from being an accountant to becoming a shoe designer, working with major fashion brands before creating and running my own fashion business for nearly ten years.
Then life brought me my second major shift: motherhood. I had three children in just thirteen months — one child and then twins. That experience transformed me completely. I closed my business to dedicate myself to raising my children, and during that time I discovered a new path as a natural healer, massage therapist, and Reiki practitioner, supporting both my family’s wellbeing and the wellbeing of others.
My third transformation came when I relocated from Spain to California with no job, no family nearby, limited financial resources, and no professional network. I entered the corporate world as an Accounting and HR Manager and eventually grew into the role of President — all while navigating a painful divorce alone in a new country and carrying the full financial responsibility for my children.
Those years ignited my passion for leadership, talent development, organizational growth, and helping people become the best version of themselves.
My latest chapter — still unfolding — has been relocating to the East Coast - my three children decided to attend college in this area. Once again, I found myself rebuilding: new place, new connections, no stable job, and alone. My own family, despite being very successful business owners, would not help me professionally. I had to create my own professional path entirely on my own.

All of these experiences shaped me into someone fiercely independent, resilient, responsible, and deeply compassionate. I did not only survive — I built, grew, led, and helped others along the way.

I understand how difficult transformation can be, especially when faced alone. I know the emotional, professional, and financial challenges of rebuilding your life while carrying responsibility for others.
That is why I found my purpose: to help individuals, leaders, and organizations navigate change, align with their values, grow with clarity, and move forward with strength and cohesion.
